WANT TO PITCH A SHOW?
You can find the written pitch form, along with successful examples of past pitches, down below. In order to pitch, you will need, at minimum, a director and music director, but you may also choose to add a choreographer. If you are interested in pitching a show, but are struggling to fill a position within your creative team, please reach out to OBoard ASAP, as we can help connect you with possible team members.
For any members interested in pitching a show for any future seasons (especially this coming spring),
OB is hosting our first ever OBootCamp!
OBootCamp is a series of workshops intended to introduce any interested members to the different creative team positions involved in an OB production, and allow them to receive a "crash course" on what the positions entail.
These workshops will be facilitated by previous OB creative team members, and will include procedure/process discussions, FAQs, and lots of helpful hints/advice. Members have the choice of selecting which sessions they wish to attend, based on which positions they're most interested in.
While OBootCamp is not mandatory in order to pitch or join a creative team, it is highly encouraged that you attend.
OBootCamp will take place on Sunday, November 11, @ 12 - 4 PM in CAS.
